After 27 years of living with OCD and practicing thousands, and thousands and thousands of rituals every day I built my own curriculum and transcended this dis-ease in my body and now do not have one ritual.
Welcome to my method, The Four Wings of Her Butterfly. With an overarching theme of self acceptance, compassion and forgiveness we use heart centred practices to show you the way home.

Work with Acceptance of the intrusive thoughts that
get you stuck in the cycle of obsession, compulsion
and move towards your intention with committed Action
Learn and practice meditation and
be guided by your heart,
choosing you over OCD.
Start to habituate to scary thoughts,
urges and/or images by practicing ERP
Learn how to ground and orientate yourself
Create a new experience by choosing differently
and become the you that will set you free

Is The Butterfly Sanctuary right for me?
The Butterfly Sanctuary is for woman who are:
Struggling with OCD who feel ready for change
Ready to dive deep
Committed to at least 5 hours in person practice a week and doing the work at home
You must be assessed as low risk beofre entering the program
If you are currently in crisis this is not the right program at this time, please check in with your doctor immediately
